The College of Phlebology has confirmed the return of its flagship event, the International Veins Meeting, which will be held on-site in London this April. Taking place over two days at the historic One Birdcage Walk in Westminster, the meeting is set to bring together leading figures from the world of venous medicine for an intensive programme of live cases, clinical discussions, and hands-on demonstrations.
Now well established in the specialist calendar, the International Veins Meeting offers a platform for professionals involved in the treatment of venous disease—from phlebologists and vascular surgeons to radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff—to explore the latest techniques, innovations, and best practice.
The 2026 edition will again focus on live, clinic-based interventions, with procedures broadcast directly from operating theatres to the lecture hall. These sessions will be complemented by keynote lectures, panel discussions, and industry-sponsored symposia, providing a well-rounded educational experience.
Professor Mark Whiteley, Chairman of the College of Phlebology and founder of the meeting, said:
“The International Veins Meeting was created to bridge the gap between theory and real-world clinical practice. Delegates won’t just hear about the latest techniques—they’ll see them in action, ask questions, and engage with the people at the forefront of the field.”
In addition to scientific content, the event will offer ample opportunity for networking and collaboration, with international speakers and delegates expected from across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.
The International Veins Meeting will take place in April 2026.
